Required Purchase & Service Fees:

• Brand-New Medical Mattress (Required Purchase): For strict hygiene and safety standards, all bed rentals require the purchase of a new, factory-sealed waterproof therapeutic foam mattress ($150). The mattress is yours to keep.
• Local DFW Delivery, Setup & Removal Fee: $100.00 flat fee covers local white-glove delivery, in-room assembly, quick caregiver demonstration, and final removal upon pickup across Arlington and the DFW area.
